Loving cat free to good home for sale in Guelph, Ontario

We are downsizing due to the arrival of our baby in January, and so we need to find a new, loving home for our cat, Bella. She is almost 2 years old, very affectionate, and loves to play and curl up with you. She is fixed, has her shots for the year, and is in good health, her last vet visit was about 2 or 3 months ago. We are willing to supply the new owners with a litter box, some dishes, some toys, and some treats if necessary.
